Welcome to Prabasi
Prabasi is a greater Boston-based ethnic Indian organization, established in 1981. It is a non-profit, tax exempt organization registered in Massachusetts. Prabasi exists as an Association of its Members and its motto is to celebrate and promote the Bengali and Indian religious and associated culture within it's community.

Bijoya Dashami 2014

Due to unavoidable circumstances, Bijoya Dashami will now be celebrated on
November 1, 2014 from 5:00pm - 8:30 pm at the:

We will have a performance by Meghna Rajaram, who is a recent graduate from Berklee College of Music in Boston and Spain, with a dual major in Vocal Performance and Music Business Management.

Meghna has performed with K for Kishore winner, Arnab Chakraborty in Austin & Phoenix in 2009 and with Indian Idol Sensation, Rajdeep Chatterjee in 2014. She has also performed for Sukhwinder Singh, Bappi Lahiri�s music troupe, Asha Bhonsle and her music group, Jagjit Singh and renowned classical singers Veena Sahasrabudhe & Suresh Wadekar, and Grammy Award Winner Pandit Vishwa Mohan Bhatt at private events.
