planned:
Friday
screening of a Bengali movie TBD while the children rehearse for the
next day’s performance. (8-10 p.m.). This will be followed by a light
dinner.

Durga
Puja by the renowned Sastriji (Amiya Banerjee) from the Long Island Kali
Temple.

Saturday
afternoon screening of
Naukadubi
followed by a magic show for our young ones and young at heart.
·
Gitanjali-
A medley of Tagore songs and recitations by our local talented artists
(young and old) on Saturday at prime time. Please contact the Directors
if you want to participate.
·
Performance by
Jeffrey
Iqbal
(A.R. Rahman Talent Hunt winner and SA Re Ga Ma Pa artist) and his band
on Saturday.

Sunday:

Saikat
Mitra
(very talented and popular singer and son of Shymal Mitra) and his group

Attention
Students without transportation:
We are
pleased to announce that transportation will be provided from Needham
Center train station to the High school at 12 noon and 1pm. Please email
the president at
president@prabasione.org if you need transportation back and forth
from Needham Station by 9/25/11. She will give you the details.
