Saraswati Puja 2011

The Prabasi annual Saraswati Puja will be held on Saturday, February 12, 2011. It will be held at the Newman school in Needham. The street address is 1155 Central Avenue. Needham. MA 02492. Please note that this is not our usual location in Watertown.

We are planning a whole day program featuring Puja, lunch, evening program, and dinner. The evening program includes events featuring our community's children as well as the featured artist below.

Our cultural program features an up and coming artist Saikat Halder. He will be presenting a medley of Bengali and Hindi contemporary songs. Visit his website here.

Day's schedule:
Puja, Anjali, and Hatey Khori	10:30 am to 12:30 pm
Bhog and Lunch	1:00 pm to 2:30 pm
Cultural Program	3:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Dinner and Adda	7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
